PANEL NUT SOCKETS

Deutsch Panel Nut Sockets are designed to accommodate various sizes of connector panel nuts used when fastening receptacle connectors to a bulkhead, enclosure or panel. These 1/2  drive sockets are made with tool steel and nickel plated to provide years of service.  Today’ s requirements call for more efficient use of space.  One of the major factors that limit the reduction of the hole-to-hole spacing of connectors is the ability to install and torque the Panel Nuts.  The Deutsch Sockets feature corner cutouts that allow the connectors to be installed with a minimum amount of clearance. These unique sockets are designed to prevent the face of the socket from coming in contact with the face of the panel, eliminating the possibility of damaging or marring that surface.  The Deutsch Panel Nut Sockets are available in individual sizes or can be purchased as a complete set.
